AWANA is a Bible-based program designed to teach children the importance of the Word of God. Through memorization, reinforcement, and awards children are encouraged to learn scriptures and how to apply them to daily living. Our AWANA program is divided into clubs by ages to allow us to minister to a growing number of children. We will consistently seek to enlist and train new workers to allow us to reach more children with the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you would like to become a part, please contact the church office. Club nights start at 6:30 on Wednesdays, but your children may be dropped off at 6:15.   AWANA is offered during the school year only.

Registration fees are $30 and covers the cost of the students vest and book bag.  Fee may be paid at the time of registration.

The Children's Choir, under the direction of Lynn Forinash and Barbara Busby, teaches children to praise God. in addition to our weekly practices the children's choir performs periodically throughout the year. If your kids enjoy singing, let them come and join the children's choir at Roddey Baptist. Practice every Sunday at 6:00 - 7:00 PM.

In addition to Awana's and choir we also have Sunday School for all ages at 9:45 am and for11 am worship service we offer children's church activites during the worship services. This is for ages 8 and under.

Nursery Hours:

 

9:45 AM (During Sunday School)
11:00 AM (During Worship Service)

6:00 PM (During Evening Worship Service)

Nursery is available on Wednesday night service.
