Secret Sisters is a ministry we have at Roddey Baptist Church where all the ladies have a "secret sister." Each lady prays for and secretly leaves gifts for the lady they are a sister to, but does not know who their secret sister is.  At the end of one year, we will hold a Secret Sisters Banquet, where each Secret Sister will reveal themselves.  To join, please see Sydney Fischer to fill out a form, or fill one out online by clicking the flower below.

Prayer Chain

The prayer chain is a ministry where all the ladies involved are praying 24 hours a day.  Each lady picks an hour out of the day and prays for the church, the pastor, the service, visitors and anything else God lays on their heart.  Also, if someone has a great need and requests prayer from the prayer chain, each lady involved will be informed and they will have prayer for their need for 24 hours.  If you would like to join the prayer chain, please contact Deb Martin.  If you would like to request prayer from the prayer chain, you may contact Deb or leave the prayer request on a password protected prayer board by clicking the praying hands below.

When someone in the church is in the hospital, the Hospitality Ministry will take that person a care basket while they are in the hospital.  Also, when a lady in the hospital goes home, the Hospitality Ministry will provide her first meal at her house, so she won't have to cook anything right away.
